Company will address food safety topics related to pest management

David Pettigrew, leading food safety manager for McCloud Services, will present on Pest Management at the annual symposium. His discussion will take place during the Manufactured Food Afternoon Breakout Session on Wednesday, September 25 from 4:15 – 5:15 p.m. CT. Pettigrew will focus on the importance of pest management as part of a facility’s overall food safety plan and procedures.
